1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using mop500 Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using mop500 and refrain from creating an Account.

mop500 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon posting to this page. 3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an Account and use mop500 Services. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. mop500 employs age verification procedures during Account registration and KYC processing. Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended, funds forfeited, and winnings voided without recourse.

3.2 Geographic Restriction

mop500 Services are intended exclusively for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the platform and placing bets. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are a legal resident of Indonesia. mop500 reserves the right to request proof of residency, including utility bills, bank statements, or government-issued documents showing an Indonesian address. Accounts registered from prohibited jurisdictions will be closed without notice.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual User is permitted one (1) Account only. Creating multiple Accounts, also known as duplicate or multi-accounting, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. mop500 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, and behavioral patterns. If multiple Accounts are detected, mop500 reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate all associated Accounts immediately;
• Void all bets, winnings, and bonuses across duplicate Accounts;
• Confiscate balances held in duplicate Accounts;
• Prohibit the User from future registration.

3.4 Account Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must not:

• Use false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Register using another person's identity or credentials;
• Impersonate any person or entity;
• Use temporary or disposable email addresses that cannot receive verification communications.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed authorized by you and is your sole responsibility. Notify mop500 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

mop500 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and identity theft. All Users must complete KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests. KYC typically requires submission of:

• Government-Issued Identity Document: Clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) showing full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number. The document must be valid (not expired).
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill (electricity, water, internet), bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, clearly showing your full name and residential address matching the address provided during registration.
• Selfie Verification: Photograph of yourself holding your KTP next to your face. This confirms that the identity document belongs to you and prevents fraudulent use of stolen credentials.

mop500 processes KYC submissions within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours under normal circumstances. VIP tier members receive priority processing. You will be notified via email once verification is complete. Until KYC is approved, withdrawal functionality remains disabled, though deposits and gameplay are permitted. mop500 reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence for high-value transactions, suspicious activity, or as required by applicable regulations.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mop500 supports deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Ten Thousand Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 10.000). 5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your Wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases involving technical delays or payment provider maintenance, deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes. If funds do not appear in your Wallet within one (1) hour, contact mop500 support immediately via live chat or WhatsApp with your transaction reference number.

5.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (using another person's bank account, credit card, or e-wallet) are strictly prohibited. mop500 conducts payment verification checks and reserves the right to:

• Request additional documentation proving payment method ownership;
• Freeze Accounts pending verification;
• Return deposits to the source if third-party payment is detected;
• Terminate Accounts for repeated violations.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To process a withdrawal request, you must:

• Have completed KYC verification successfully;
• Meet any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses received;
• Withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name matching your verified identity;
• Request a minimum withdrawal of Fifty Thousand Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 50.000).

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

mop500 processes withdrawal requests according to the following timelines:

• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Instant to ten (10) minutes.
• Bank Transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): Fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes.
• Other Banks: Thirty (30) to sixty (60) minutes.
• VIP Diamond and Black Diamond Members: Priority processing within fifteen (15) minutes for all methods.

First-time withdrawals may require additional processing time (up to 24 hours) for enhanced security verification. Subsequent withdrawals are processed faster once your Account payment history is established. mop500 does not charge withdrawal fees. External fees imposed by receiving banks or payment providers are your responsibility.

6.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

mop500 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests or impose additional verification requirements in cases of:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse;
• Incomplete or failed KYC verification;
• Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses;
• Technical errors resulting in erroneous crediting of funds;
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

mop500 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed at the time of offer. General rules applying to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional bonus hunters, arbitrage bettors, and syndicate operations are prohibited.
• One bonus per User, per household, per IP address, per device. Duplicate bonus claims are grounds for Account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn immediately and are subject to wagering requirements (also called rollover or turnover requirements).
• Wagering requirements specify the amount you must wager before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. Example: A bonus with 10x wagering means you must wager ten times the bonus amount before withdrawal.

7.2 Cashback Program

mop500 operates a weekly cashback program for VIP tier members. Cashback is calculated as a percentage of net losses (total wagers minus total winnings) over the weekly period. Cashback percentages range from 0.3% (Bronze tier) to 1.2% (Diamond tier). Cashback is credited automatically every Monday and is subject to 1x wagering before withdrawal.

8. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted based on the betting lines, odds, and terms displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified except in cases of obvious technical error. mop500 reserves the right to void bets placed on:

• Matches where the outcome was already known at the time of bet placement;
• Events canceled, postponed, or abandoned before completion;
• Incorrect odds caused by technical glitches or human error;
• Suspected match-fixing, manipulation, or irregular betting patterns.

Settlement of sports bets follows official results as determined by governing sports bodies. In cases of disputed outcomes or protests, mop500's decision is final.

8.2 Casino Games and Slots

All casino games and slots use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that produce genuinely random, unpredictable outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published transparently for each game. • Use of Bots or Automated Software: Employing scripts, bots, or third-party software to place bets, spin slots, or interact with mop500 systems without manual human input.
• Fraud and Identity Theft: Using stolen payment methods, falsified documents, or another person's identity to create Accounts or conduct transactions.

Violation of these prohibitions results in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and potential legal action or reporting to law enforcement authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

mop500 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable individuals. We provide tools and resources to help Users maintain control over their gambling activities:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Time-Out Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During time-out, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account for a minimum of six (6) months or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen period.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

mop500 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, refuse service, and withhold funds in cases of:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse;
• Failure to complete KYC verification;
• Suspected money laundering or criminal activity;
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward mop500 staff;
• Legal requirements or regulatory directives.

Upon Account termination, any remaining legitimate balance (excluding voided winnings, bonuses, or fraudulently obtained funds) will be returned to the User after deduction of applicable fees and charges. mop500's decision to terminate an Account is final and not subject to appeal.

11. Limitation of Liability

mop500 Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mop500 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

mop500 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from User error, misunderstanding of rules, or failure to read these Terms & Conditions;
• Technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or third-party service provider outages;
• Unauthorized access to User Accounts resulting from Users' failure to protect login credentials;
• Losses incurred due to gambling activities, including losses exceeding Users' expectations or budgets;
• Consequential, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of mop500 Services.

In jurisdictions that do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages, mop500's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, text, and software on the mop500 platform are the intellectual property of mop500 or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from mop500 without express written permission.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or use of mop500 Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).

Users expressly waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against mop500.
